I was instrumental in the design and coordination of the Window book. This entailed a comprehensive approach to visual merchandising, starting with aligning window display concepts to the brand's vision, seasonal trends, and upcoming campaigns. Initial sketches or digital designs illustrated the envisioned displays, detailing placement of elements like mannequins, props, and signage. An integral part of this process was the meticulous documentation of materials, costs, and setup instructions to ensure uniformity across different locations. Scheduling was pivotal to align displays with promotions or seasonal events, and post-implementation, feedback was gathered to gauge the display's impact. This window book not only facilitated effective communication and consistency across teams but also served as an archival tool for future reference and inspiration.
I embarked on the journey of crafting a fully digital merchandising handbook to revolutionize our approach to product showcasing. The primary motivation behind this digitization was to maintain flexibility and adaptability even after our products had been introduced in the showroom. This digital format ensured that we weren't confined to static presentations, allowing us to incorporate real-time feedback and insights. After the product's debut in the showroom, any observations, changes, or improvements that emerged could be seamlessly integrated into the digital book. As a result, this process not only facilitated last-minute adjustments but also provided an enhanced clarity, ensuring the entire team always had an updated and comprehensive understanding of our merchandise offerings

I worked extensively on the 3D modeling of various projects, including new installations, pop-up venues, brands, and special events. This involved creating detailed digital replicas that captured the essence and design intricacies of each concept. My models served as a visual blueprint, aiding stakeholders in visualizing the end result, making informed decisions, and planning the actual implementation more effectively.
